Customer satisfaction surveys

We carry out a range of customer satisfaction surveys linked to the services we provide to you.

Most of the surveys are triggered by an interaction with us. For example, if you've recently had a repair carried out to your home you may receive a survey following the completion of that repair.

It’s really important that we know how you feel, as without your views we don’t know how well we’re doing, or where we can improve our services. This helps us gain more real-time feedback and reporting, and allows us to address any issues before they get worse.

If you receive a call from the below numbers or a text from Berneslai, this is a legitimate call and you'll be directed to a survey to give feedback on the services we provide to you.

01226 818156 if you’ve recently had a formal complaint.

01226 818157 if you’ve reported anti-social behaviour and we’ve been dealing with this case.
