Tenants and leaseholders wanted to join our Scrutiny Panel

At Berneslai Homes every voice matters and every tenant has a voice! We're passionate about listening to customers and value and encourage their feedback, to continuously improve services. We currently have an exciting opportunitity for tenants or leaseholders to join our Scrutiny Panel.

You’ll need:

• an inquisitive mindset
• to work with us to drive service improvements
• a thirst for knowledge
• a passion for making sure we provide excellent services
• to give your thoughts and ideas freely.

We’re not looking for a vast amount of experience. You just need to have a willingness to work as part of a team and carry out an in-depth look into areas of service that have been referred for further tenant investigation.  

Working with officers, your role will be to take an independent and objective view of the services we provide and make evidence-based recommendations for service improvements. There’s no set time commitment and you can choose what topics you are interested in. We call this a task and finish, so you can do as little or as much as you like.
