We’ve made some changes to the teams formerly known as our ‘housing management teams’. From this week, they are our ‘neighbourhood teams’ and we’ve also created a standalone antisocial behaviour (ASB) team, who will work closely in partnership with the council’s Safer Neighbourhood Service to deal with anti-social behaviour more effectively.
This change has delivered a 25 per cent increase in frontline posts, helping us to support our tenants and communities more effectively.
Our ‘neighbourhood officers’ (previously called ‘housing management officers’) are in four new teams, supported by some neighbourhood assistants who will cover a smaller patch:
Central neighbourhood team
Council wards covered: Central, Dodworth, Kingstone, Stairfoot, Worsbrough.

North neighbourhood team
Council wards covered: Darton East and West, Old Town, St Helens, Penistone East and West.

North East and Dearne neighbourhood team
Council wards covered: Cudworth, Monk Bretton, North East, Royston, Dearne North and South.

South neighbourhood team

As well as the team email addresses, you can also contact the neighbourhood teams online using this eform.
Our new dedicated antisocial behaviour (ASB) team has officers who will be working borough wide, with the aim to give a more focussed approach on ASB to tackle those areas in the communities with the highest complaints and issues around ASB.
