If you need to contact us over the holidays, please take a look at our opening times below.

We're closed for general enquiries from 4pm on Tuesday 24 December until 9am on Thursday 2 January, but you can still report emergency / urgent repairs during this time.

Reporting emergencies or repairs

Our Repairs Hotline 01226 787878 is open for emergency and urgent repairs 24/7 365 days a year. Our on-call teams are ready to assist with issues such as flooding, heating failures, or any urgent problems that arise over the holidays.

Please note, during the Christmas holidays (from 4pm on 24 December until 9am on 2 January) it may take us longer to answer calls.

You can report any non-urgent repairs anytime using our app.

Lettings

For those using Choice-Based Lettings (CBL), here’s what you need to know:

• The current advert is open and will close at 12noon on Tuesday 24 December.
• Properties from this advert will be allocated when our service reopens on Thursday 2 January.
• There will be no CBL advert on Friday 27 December. The next advert will go live at midnight on Thursday 2 January and remain open until Tuesday 7 January.

Recycling at Christmas

Christmas is a good time to recycle as we tend to use more and create more waste. Check out our recycle tips for a green Christmas:

• Choose recyclable wrapping paper, Christmas cards (or send an ecard) and Christmas crackers (that are plastic free)
• Plan your meals, make use of leftover food and compost food
• Bring unwanted gifts to charity shops
• Buy rechargeable batteries for toys and electrical goods
• Recycle your Christmas tree
• Recycle your foil and roasting trays, and glass and plastic bottles
• Recycle cardboard, packaging, cards, wrapping paper, and advent calendars
