National Customer Service Week

This week we’re supporting National Customer Service Week to recognise the importance of excellent customer service.

We’d like to say thanks to the 285 customers who’ve sent us a compliment since April. It’s great to hear how our staff have gone the extra mile for you.  

Hearing customers is one of our ambitions and Customer First is one of our values. We’re committed to providing the best possible service and putting the customer at the heart of all we do. We value every compliment, complaint or suggestion and value and encourage your feedback to improve our service. We’ve recently run a company wide customer service training programme to enhance our Customer First culture.

One of our recent service improvements is the introduction of our Reasonable Adjustments Policy. The policy recognises that we will make reasonable adjustments if it’s required for people to access our service so we can meet and understand their needs.
