Customer Panel November 2024

It’s been six months since we launched the new Lettings Policy. The new policy changed who qualifies to be on the Barnsley Homeseeker Scheme, how we award priority, and how we allocate properties. These changes make sure we help those who need it most and provide good quality and realistic housing advice.   

We’d like to invite you to our Customer Panel, to meet the Lettings team and share your thoughts on how we’re delivering the policy.

Whether you’re on the waiting list, have recently become a Berneslai Homes tenant, or if you’ve been a tenant for some time, we’d love to hear your views.

The Customer Panel will be held on Wednesday 6 November 6 until 7.30pm, at Gateway Plaza, Floor 10. You can book your place by:
