Our Annual Report

Each year, we produce an annual report with our tenants to summarise how we’ve delivered services during the previous financial year, as well as looking at what’s happening now, and what’s coming up in the next 12 months. 

Our 2023-24 report 'Tenants at the heart of everything' includes how we’ve:

  • Maintained building safety
  • Kept properties in good repair
  • Engaged with tenants and captured the tenant voice
  • Carried out neighbourhood management
  • Handled complaints effectively

These themes have been taken them the Tenant Satisfaction Measures from the Social Housing White Paper, which makes sure that landlords’ performance is visible to tenants, and helps tenants to hold their landlord to account.
